Email Lifecycle

Customer email lifecycle and CRM operator

A customer email lifecycle and CRM operator. It runs weekly digests, onboarding, nurture and win-back sequences, orchestrates broadcasts, and guards deliverability health. Sends count from each customer's own day zero rather than a shared calendar, every dispatch passes a canary gate before a real inbox sees it, and SPF, DKIM and bounce health get watched as part of the job, delivery is treated as the product.

An email is not sent until a message ID comes back. Between the database views that decide who gets what and that final confirmation sit a canary gate, a six-point pre-send bar and a hard ban on invented numbers.

  1. Reads the mail operation rules and the customer mail calendar, then queries the database views that are the single source of truth for who gets which mail when. The registry copy is never trusted over the database.
  2. Checks the canary gate before anything ships: if a client's live opt-in flag is false, the mail goes to the founder's inbox with a [CANARY] prefix, never directly to the client. When the flag is ambiguous the agent defaults to the safe canary side.
  3. Assembles the mail under hard content law: real measured metrics only (clicks, positions, conversions), speculative revenue figures are banned, the narrative uses weekly bands instead of daily timestamps, and the FROM address and phone number are fixed values verified each send.
  4. Runs the 6-point pre-send bar: canary state, no speculative numbers, correct sender identity, weekly-band narrative, live panel update recorded, and deliverability health (SPF, DKIM, DMARC pass, spam-word scan, bounce hygiene).
  5. Sends through the email API and treats nothing as sent until a message ID comes back; 'written' and 'delivered' are different claims and only the second one closes the task.
  6. Logs the dispatch: appends to the client's work history (read, append, push, full overwrites forbidden), inserts the update into the live client panel and watches opens and clicks against analytics as the feedback loop for the next cycle.

Questions · still in the air

Catch what's on your mind.

the air is clear. nothing between you and the forge.
catch a spark: the forge will answer

  1. Do I need a particular CRM or email platform for this to run?

It acts as the lifecycle and CRM operator that orchestrates the sequences and broadcasts, sitting over your sending setup. You bring the contacts and a sending channel, it runs the rhythm on top.

  2. Does it just blast emails, or actually manage who gets what and when?

It runs distinct flows, onboarding, nurture, win-back and weekly digests, so a new customer and a lapsed one are on different tracks. It also guards deliverability so the volume does not quietly sink your inbox placement.

  3. Does it write my emails, or just send them on schedule?

It owns the timing, sequencing and orchestration, the rhythm of the program. The copy and offer in each email are still yours to write, see copywriting or email-sequence for that.

  4. How is it delivered?

By email right after purchase: ready to run, downloaded instantly, no setup wait.

  5. One-time or subscription?

A one-time purchase; no subscription or hidden fees. VAT (20%) is included.

  6. Can I get a refund?

As a digital product, it can’t be refunded once downloaded. That’s why we show exactly what’s inside and who it’s for, right here.
