## How it runs
Looking and changing are two different permissions here. Insights and reviews flow freely with your own credentials, while anything that alters the profile stops and waits for explicit approval before it goes out.
1. Connects to the official Business Profile API using your credentials. Keys stay in your environment, nothing routes through our servers.
2. Insights pull runs freely: search views, calls, direction requests come back as plain numbers, in the same reporting line as your other channels.
3. Reviews are read freely too, so the full review history is on the table before any reply is drafted.
4. Anything that changes the profile, publishing a post, replying to a review, updating hours or photos, stops and waits for your explicit approval.
5. After approval the change goes out over the API and the result comes back confirmed, so you see what actually landed, not what was attempted.
6. Open MCP standard underneath: the connector plugs into Claude or any MCP-compatible AI.

## FAQ
### I manage several locations, does one connection cover them all?
Yes, multi-location accounts are supported. It runs over the official API with your own credentials, so posts, review replies, hours and photos for every location are managed from one line.

### How do review replies actually get published?
Reviews are listed over the API, replies get drafted, and only owner-approved replies are published. Nothing goes out to a customer without sign-off.

### Will it improve my map ranking directly?
No. It manages posts, replies, hours and photos, and pulls the insights: search views, calls, direction requests. Ranking is Google's decision; what this gives you is a consistently active, accurate profile feeding those signals.

### Is there an official Business Profile MCP, and how is this different?
