1. Connects to ManyChat with your own API key. The key stays in your environment, nothing routes through our servers.
2. Subscriber lookups run freely: a contact can be found mid-support-chat and their tag and custom-field history read before anyone replies.
3. Tags and custom fields are managed from the same line that sends the flows, so the segment and the send that targets it never live in two different tools.
4. Anything that reaches a subscriber or changes their record, triggering a flow, sending content, rewriting tags or fields, stops and waits for your explicit approval.
5. After approval the send goes out over the API and the result comes back on the same surface, so what was sent to whom is confirmed, not assumed.
