  1. Does it need GA4 access, or just the ad account?

    Verifying conversion tracking integrity is a core check, and that means comparing the ad account against GA4. With ad-account access alone you still get structure, budget and policy checks, but the tracking cross-check needs GA4.

  2. Why look at account structure before performance, isn't ROAS the number that matters?
