A standardized, data-driven Next.js project template that takes a new client website from zero to first deploy in under four hours. Every page pulls content from typed data files instead of hardcoded strings, and SEO infrastructure: sitemap, robots, JSON-LD, OG images, metadata, ships in the very first commit. Stop re-deciding architecture per project and apply one proven, repeatable blueprint.

This is the 8-step scaffold the skill runs for every new client site, from empty repo to smoke-tested deploy. No improvised architecture, the same proven template every time:

  1. Verify the inputs before touching code: business name, sector, apex domain, contact details, brand assets, plus scope questions (pSEO matrix needed, blog, multilingual, Google Ads tracking)
  2. Create the private GitHub repo and scaffold Next.js with TypeScript, Tailwind, App Router and src directory, then add the utility dependencies
  3. Build the data layer first: site.ts (name, domain, contact, social, GA4 ID), services.ts, pages.ts and navigation.ts, all typed with interfaces so components stay free of hardcoded strings
  4. Create the base pages (layout with Header and Footer, home with Hero plus ServiceGrid plus CTA, about, contact) together with sitemap.ts, robots.ts and the OG image generator, included by default, never added later
  5. Wire analytics: GoogleAnalytics component into the layout, GA4 ID through env vars with the NEXT_PUBLIC prefix, and the Ads conversion component when the client runs campaigns
  6. Deploy to Vercel, bind the apex domain (no www), then run the smoke checklist: sitemap and robots reachable, meta tags correct, GA4 realtime flowing, mobile responsive, 404 page working

Questions · still in the air

Catch what's on your mind.

the air is clear. nothing between you and the forge.
catch a spark: the forge will answer

  1. Is this only for marketing sites, or can I scaffold a web app with it?

It's purpose-built for client marketing sites: the typed data model revolves around services, cities, pricing, and FAQ content, and the URL architecture is prepared for district-times-service pSEO pages. An app with dashboards and user accounts needs a different skeleton.

  2. What does data-driven content mean in practice when I need to change a price?

Every page reads from typed data files instead of hardcoded strings, so a price change is an edit to one data file, no component code touched. Because the types are checked at build time, a malformed entry fails the build instead of shipping broken to production.

  3. Does it come with a CMS my client can log into?

No. Content lives in typed data files inside the repo, so edits are commits made by whoever maintains the code. If a client needs self-serve editing, wiring a CMS on top is an extra project, deliberately left out to keep the four-hour scaffold honest.

  4. How is it delivered?

By email right after purchase: ready to run, downloaded instantly, no setup wait.

  5. One-time or subscription?

A one-time purchase; no subscription or hidden fees. VAT (20%) is included.

  6. Can I get a refund?

As a digital product, it can’t be refunded once downloaded. That’s why we show exactly what’s inside and who it’s for, right here.
