I manage several client WordPress sites, does this work as a repeatable process?
That is its design goal: a seven-step pipeline from access prep and plugin/theme audit through baseline, SEO audit, mu-plugin install, batch optimization and validation. Because every step has a defined output, you can run the same workflow on each client site instead of improvising per project.

What does the mu-plugin approach give me that pasting code in functions.php doesn't?
Theme survival. GSC verification, GA4, Ads tracking and LocalBusiness JSON-LD live in a must-use plugin, so a theme update or switch cannot wipe them. The workflow explicitly lists theme-file edits as an anti-pattern for exactly this failure mode.

Will it write all my page content and blog posts too?
No. It optimizes what exists: batch meta titles and descriptions over the REST API, schema injection, plugin cleanup and before/after performance proof. Producing new long-form content is outside the workflow, which ends at audit, optimization and reporting.
